DIAS PORTFOLIO INVESTMENT COMPANY SA was founded on 10 July, 1991 (Gov. Gazette of the Hellenic Republic. 3017/10.7.91, Reg. No. of Societes Anonymes 24418/06/B/91/40, Resolution of Hellenic Capital Market Committee No. 52782/[B]/581/24.6.1991). The duration of the Company has been determined at 50 years.

The registered seat of the Company is the Municipality of Athens. The office of the Company is on 19 Voukourestiou str, Athens 10671.

Exclusive scope of the Company is the management of a portfolio of securities, derivatives and liquid assets according with the provisions of Greek Law 3371/2005 and additionally with the Greek Law 2190/1920, as they are in effect. The company is able to participate in enterprises in conformity to the provisions of law and the attainment of its scope, in any kind of legal form.

Founder of DIAS PORTFOLIO INVESTMENT COMPANY SA was the company Euroinvest Investment Advisers S.A, and its initial registered seat was in Chania of Crete. In 1992, the shares of the Company were introduced on the Athens Stock Exchange. In 1997, a percentage of the order of 56% of the Company’s shares was transferred to companies of ship-owner Mr. C. Psalti’s interests. In 1998, its registered seat was transferred to Athens. In 1999, a total percentage of the order of 50,01% of its shares was transferred by Mr. Psaltis’s group of companies to the company Telesis Securities S.A (and later Bank EFG Eurobank Ergasias) at a percentage of 19,88% and the rest to private customers of this company. In 2003, the shares of the Company were converted into registered (25.110.000 shares x €2,64 face value). In November 2004, the percentage owned by the Bank EFG Eurobank Ergasias reached to 29,06%, and therefore the Company was included (from the fourth quarter of 2004) in the group financial statements of the Bank by the equity method. In 2006, the Company advanced to an important share capital increase of €31,1 millions for new investments both in Greece and in the countries of Central and South-Eastern Europe.

In 2008, the A' Reiterative Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company's shareholders at 08/09/2008 approved the merger with the company GLOBAL New Europe Fund Portfolio Investments S.A. (www.globalneweurope.gr) by the absorption of the latter by the Company. The new shares which derived from the merger, started trading on ASE at 13/11/2008. Today the Company's Share Capital amounts to €98,374,714.04, divided into 106,929,037 common, registered shares with voting rights, of a face value of €0.92 each.

The Company does not have any subsidiaries.
